Joblink Career Centers of the Turning Point Region

All individuals receive career and labor market counseling to assist with career choices and job placement.  Applicants speak with a JobLink intake specialist located at one of the Joblink Career Centers to see if they meet program eligibility requirements. All required paperwork is completed by the intake specialist and submitted to a local case manager of a Workforce Investment Act (WIA) contractor.  The case manager and participant develop an employment and services plan. This plan outlines all services and activities that the participant will be provided in order to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
